By accessing or using ulogo.it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
ulogo.it is operated by Elyze Solutions Sàrl, Switzerland. The service provides tools to clean up logos, process uploaded visual assets, and, when enabled, generate new visual outputs from text or reference inputs. Features may change, pause, or be removed over time.
3. Accounts And Access
- Some features require a Google-authenticated account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
- You must provide accurate information and use the service only if you are legally allowed to do so.
4. Your Content
- You keep ownership of the files, prompts, and materials you submit.
- You grant ulogo.it a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and request the output you ask for.
5. AI Output
Generated or transformed outputs can be imperfect, incomplete, or legally sensitive. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, or relying on them commercially. ulogo.it does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use ulogo.it to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of others.
- Upload malware, abuse infrastructure, or bypass security controls.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Submit content that you do not have the right to use or that is intended to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Generate or process content in a way that violates provider rules, sanctions, or platform safety requirements.
7. Billing And Credits
- Credit packs are sold through Stripe or its payment partners.
- Prices, credit amounts, and feature access may change prospectively.
- Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once credits or paid features have been used.
- Current billing is prepaid credit packs only. There are no subscriptions, renewal periods, or cancellation flows.
8. Suspension And Termination
ulogo.it may suspend, rate-limit, or terminate access if the service is abused, payment fails, security is at risk, legal compliance requires it, or these Terms are violated.
9. Intellectual Property
The service itself, including its software, branding, and interface, is owned by ulogo.it or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
10. Disclaimers And Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ulogo.it is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to ulogo.it for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
